Return Policy - For EXCHANGE ONLY - NO REFUNDS
You may exchange your purchase within 3 days after receiving your order. To exchange, request a Return Authorization at info@dressesconnection.com. Exchanges must be mailed within 2 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. All exchanged items must be in original condition with tags and labels attached.
Customer may only exchange once. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges in case of any exchange for any reason for both incoming and outgoing packages.
A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and no signs of wear!
B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 1 day of "receiving" it, at the customers expense.
C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, e mail (very important!) and a note stating the problem.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
ANY EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES
Billing Address Shipping Only
Orders will be shipped only to the verified billing address of the credit card to protect the card-holder from online fraud.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Its easy and fun, from the picture of the "selected garment" click on the "buy me" button and simply use our shopping cart system to prepare your order,. Please, in the special instructions comment box provide us with your actual measurements! it will help getting the right fit. We do not cut the garment until you place your order and payment. Please order with plenty of time, do not wait till the last minute... is an invitation to a "disaster".

DressesConnection.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, US Postal Money Orders and Paypal for domestic orders. Orders are shipped only to the verified billing address.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped after 1-3 business days of processing time. Normally your order should be in your hands within 7-9 business days for all in-stock items. Your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
The address you provided at the time of the order is not your credit card billing address. Your credit card was declined. The item you ordered is out-of-stock. All exception/shipping notifications are sent thru email, please make sure you check your email on a daily basis. High value or Bulk orders are subject to confirmation.
Please note: If the dress is not in stock, it won't ship the next day! Shipping subject to availability!

Shipping Services
Domestic Orders are shipped as per customer's selection. Physical address are shipped thru UPS (Note: UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes).
APO, FPO orders are shipped thru US Postal Service.
International orders are shipped thru US Postal Global Express Mail.
Size Charts
DressesConnection.com strongly suggests its customers to review the size chart for the dress being ordered. Review the size chart before ordering, and when in doubt order a bigger size, since a dress always can be altered to a smaller size, never to a bigger one. Measurements are provided in inches. Bust measurements are not the same as the bra size. By waist, we mean natural waistline.
Sales Tax
California residents are charged 8.25% sales tax.
